Assignment Title: Nutrition Education Plan

What I learned: 

This assignment taught me how to recognize what types of materials need to be made for the program I was interning with. I was the office manager at a nutrition counseling center on campus and came to find out that prospective clients were not aware of what type of nutrition counseling we did. This was why I decided to make a brochure that explained how we used the non-diet approach. 

Reflection to assignment:

This assignment was great because I was able to discover the target audience the brochure would be going to, how the brochure would be laid out, and what exactly would go on the brochure.

Relevance to the profession:

This assignment is applicable to the dietetics profession because it shows that I am able to come up with an entire plan as to how nutrition education materials will be put together and implemented in a community setting.
